By

Hurstwood Holdings has secured two new lettings in Rotherham which now means that their property at Taylors Court is fully let.

Over 5,000 sq ft of office space was let at the Parkgate development with two care businesses taking space in Freshfields House.

TLC Homecare, who currently provide care at home to around 400 people in South Yorkshire, has taken unit A3 and Sevacare (UK) Limited that offers a range of care services and has more than 30 branches across the UK, has taken unit A4.

Richard Walker, the CEO at TLC Homecare said: "Following the award of a significant contract with Rotherham MBC, TLC Homecare Ltd, a three star excellent rated care at home provider and part of the Optimo Care Group were keen to secure high quality office accommodation in Rotherham. Hurstwood and their property at Taylors Court was an obvious choice.

"The team at Hurstwood worked with us closely to ensure we could take occupation in a short period of time. We were pleased with how quickly they turned the project round."

Similarly, Sevacare secured a Rotherham Council contract in December 2011 to provide 2,000 hours of care and support per week in the Wentworth South area and the new branch compliments branches in Doncaster and Sheffield.

Ravi Bains, chairman of Sevacare, said: "Taylors Court is ideal for us. It is in the right location and is a very prominent building in the town. Hurstwood were extremely helpful and we are delighted to have secured the premises."
