News: Stafforce appoints a new director

By

Rotherham's fast growing national specialist recruiter, Stafforce, has appointed Paul Brammer as their director of services, a new role created to drive forward the growth of specialist consultancy services.

Paul joined the Stafforce business in July, 2011 following a long and successful career in the Skills and Employability sector, having most recently been on the Executive Management team at Intraining (part of the Newcastle College Group).

Over the past year Paul has worked as business manager for special projects, focusing on developing opportunities beyond the traditional, core recruitment business.

Since December 2010, Stafforce has acquired Barnsley-based Action 4 Business, Relay Recruitment, TEK Recruitment and CenFRA Ltd (Centre for Food Robotics and Automation).

Paul Brammer, director of services at Stafforce (pictured), said: "Within Stafforce there are a number of non-core business products and services, which complement the Stafforce wide offer and overall strategic development of the business.

"In my new role I am responsible for the delivery of a non-recruitment business plan to put it in line with the wider business objectives and growth ambitions of Stafforce."

Ian Anderson, chief executive at Stafforce, added: "Despite challenging market conditions Stafforce has continued to go from strength to strength with the acquisition of four new businesses and a number of significant contracts over the past couple of years. This new directorship is a natural next step for the business and Paul is definitely the man to make this happen."
