News: Templeborough Regeneration

The regeneration of the former site of the Templeborough Steelworks is continuing, with five schemes due to be completed over the next two years. RiDO’s £5m environmentally friendly business centre will be joined by business units within Strategic Sites’ Ignite@Magna and further office / industrial space as part of the Magna 34 development by Jaguar Estates. St Paul’s are creating office space at the Rotherham side of Templeborough with their Phoenix Riverside development, and Ordic Investments have a similar scheme at the Sheffield end.
