News: TCN set to unviel plans for Rotherham town centre

After securing a 5 year exclusivity agreement with Rotherham Council, TCN UK are set to submit their masterplan for town centre sites to local planners. Utilising 26 acres of vacant land following the relocation of scattered council buildings, the £192m plans include space for retail, office and leisure facilities including a Cultural Quarter on Forge Island. Work on the ambitious project is set to begin towards the end of 2008, with completion of all sites expected in 2013.
