News: Business park development continues on site of former Rotherham steelworks

By

Building work has begun on the Magna 34 Business Park, situated on the site of the former Corus steelworks at Templeborough in Rotherham. The park will include a mixture of modern, purpose-built and designed offices, light industrial units and a distribution centre situated on the major gateway of Sheffield Road near to the M1. Magna 34 is a joint project between Jaguar Estates and Sheffield-based Euro Dismantling Services (EDS) and is designed to appeal to all sizes of business. The first units are due to be ready for occupation this summer. Rob Oliver of agents GVA Grimley discussed the high level of interest in the Yorkshire Post: "The majority of occupier interest is from companies already within five miles of the scheme, looking to expand, consolidate, or to move from older inefficient or redundant premises."
