News: Rotherham photographer earns top award

David Moffitt of Rotherham based Future Earth Photography has been presented with Yorkshire Wedding Photographer of the Year award for the Best Wedding Album organised by the Master Photographers’ Association. With over 25 years experience, David is acknowledged as one of the UK's leading wedding and portrait photographers and has won many prestigious awards. Based in Wath, David also specialises in photography for commercial & PR events and has had the opportunity to work with celebrities including Sir Paul McCartney, Prince Charles & Camilla, The Rolling Stones, Dame Thora Hird and Paul Shane. Judge Kevin Wilson said of the winning album: "I am confident that David could arrive at a wedding in any weather conditions, face any difficulty thrown at him and come back with a stunning set of images. "Despite numerous fantastic entries, this album was judged to be the best, the one that portrayed the sensitivity and dignity of the wedding day, the one that stood out, the winning photographer, David Moffitt."
