News: Magna 34 Business Park open day

Jaguar Estates are hosting an open day on Friday September 19th at their Magna 34 Business Park at Templeborough, Rotherham. Beginning at 11:45, the open day will involve speeches and tour of the facilities. The £31 million joint development between Jaguar Estates and EDS has created 90,000 sq ft of office accommodation, over 100,000 sq ft of industrial and a distribution unit of 160,000 sq ft. Rental prices are expected to start from £16,000 p.a for industrial units and start from £9,000 p.a for office units.
