News: Martek looking forward to Rotherham Business Awards

By

Martek Marine have been shortlisted for The Innovation in Business Award, sponsored by Sheffield Hallam University at the Rotherham Business Awards tonight. Martek have been shortlisted in part due to their market leading MariNOx system - an innovative and pioneering engine emissions monitoring system. Martek’s Service & Continuous Improvement Manager, Sean Howe and Service Engineer Tim Holt, are both due to attend the event which takes place at Magna where they expect tough competition from other local companies such as In Touch Care and Numero. Marketing Director Steve Coulson said: "Martek’s company ethos is innovating beyond compliance. Not only do we manufacture products to meet with legislation, but we strive to add value for our customers. Both our Bulksafe and MariNOx systems were manufactured with this in mind and Martek were the first company to provide Type Approval for these systems. Martek strive to provide solutions and systems for innovators in the industry and it would be an honour to have our achievements recognised."
