News: Outstanding customer service at Magna

John Heaps, a Visitor Services Co-ordinator at the Magna Science Adventure Centre, has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Customer Service award at the 20th annual Enjoy England Awards for Excellence. The awards are the highest accolade in English tourism, celebrating the very best quality and raising standards across the industry. John has worked at Magna for seven years and will soon be retiring after a life in the steel industry. John commented on the short-listing "It was fantastic news to hear I had been short-listed for such a prestigious award. I feel honored to have been nominated and this is great news for Magna too" Managing Director of Magna, Matthew Beck commented: "We are extremely proud of John's achievement in being shortlisted for the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence.
