News: Horbury supports Rotherham United and Rotherham Titans
Rotherham construction specialist The Horbury Group is building its reputation through the town's top sports clubs.
The deal will see the company's name displayed on perimeter boards at the home games of Rotherham United Football Club and the Rotherham Titans rugby club.
The four-figure investment campaign for Horbury's business and services will run until the end of the 2009/2010 season at Don Valley Stadium and Clifton Lane.
Steve Coakley, commercial director at Rotherham United, said: "Having partnerships with high-profile local companies like The Horbury Group is essential for us as we continue to develop as a business.
"Branding for The Horbury Group will continue to be showcased at Don Valley Stadium to a growing number of fans and potential business contacts.
"We are delighted to be associated with one of the region's most successful companies and look forward to developing our relationship with Horbury."
Trevor Wragg, managing director of the Horbury Group, said: "Whilst this sponsorship is ideal for promoting our company to a regular local audience, as well as a cost effective way of hitting a national audience through TV coverage, it is equally important for us to continue to support local sports clubs."
Rotherham United cemented another long-term partnership earlier this month by announcing MKM Building Supplies as the new sponsors of the stewards matchday jackets.
