News: BG Controls provides the best service and maintenance

The Dinnington firm demonstrated outstanding levels of care and commitment to its clients in the provision of customer service and maintenance contracts for Building Management Systems.
The company showed that it has continued to meet clients' objectives over the past financial year by recording a 92% growth in its service division, BG Systems Support. It also reported that 93% of its maintenance customers return to BG Controls each year.
BG Systems Support Director Phil Bolus received the award at the ceremony, which was held at the Hilton Hotel in Coventry. Phil said: "This is the second time we have won a BCIA award in as many years.
"I would like to thank everyone at BG Systems Support who has helped us to achieve the service levels we offer. Because of them, we can boast a 24 hour call-out service and a bureau operation that is staffed 364 days a year, 15 hours a day, supporting 10 different product ranges."
