News: Further recruitment at VO4HOME

By

Recent growth has seen Rotherham-based VO4HOME Ltd, the developer and manufacturer of the innovative VO4HOME domestic voltage optimisation system, appoint Michael Greensmith as sales representative.

Mr Greensmith, from Wakefield, has worked in the electrical wholesale sector for over 22 years and brings with him a wealth of current industry experience and understanding, working 15 years at Newey and Eyre most recently as area margin development manager

Based at VO4HOME's head office in Templeborough, his role will primarily involve developing the company’s UK distributor network, with particular emphasis on Northern England and Scotland.

The appointment reflects VO4HOME's rapid growth since its launch in November 2010. In conjunction with the ongoing domestic success, the company has been experiencing a rise in sales and interest for VO4HOME products in markets across Europe.

Geoff Clifton, business development manager at VO4HOME, said: "We are all extremely pleased and excited about welcoming Michael to the team. Having recently invested in the development of our manufacturing systems and resources, so as to increase output, the next logical step was to increase our sales resources, with a particular focus on distributor networks. We look forward to seeing the value Michael will no doubt bring."

Mr Greensmith added: "I am really enjoying the fact that I am selling a product that allows homes to reduce both their energy consumption and carbon footprint, which in turn benefits the environment, as I am a bit of a "Greenie" myself."
