News: Seminar dispels myths surrounding MBOs
A free breakfast seminar in Rotherham this week will dispel the myths surrounding management buyouts (MBOs).
Hosted by award-winning corporate finance specialist Strategic Corporate Finance, the session runs from 8am - 9.30am at the Holiday Inn Rotherham and is aimed at company shareholders, directors and managers.
The event on May 16 will examine what makes a strong management team, how MBOs are funded and the level of finance required by the MBO team personally – giving attendees a clear understanding of the facets which comprise a feasible and successful MBO.
In 2006, Strategic Corporate Finance advised a management buy-out team led by Judith Fox on their successfully completed acquisition of Rotherham based Horner Brothers Print Group Limited. They also advised on the MBOs at Rotherham-based Pyronix, IMS (GB) Limited and Industrial Personnel.
