News: SteelPhalt extends its sales support team
Rotherham road surface specialist SteelPhalt is expanding its sales division with two new appointments.
Daniel Rogers (pictured right) and Beverley Potts (pictured below) both join the sales support team under Commercial Manager Dean Raynor.
Daniel previously worked in the company's laboratory while Beverley was previously worked in administration.
"The skills and experience both Daniel and Beverley bring with them from other areas of the SteelPhalt operation will definitely enhance our customer support services," said Dean.
"As a company we have invested heavily in our Rotherham site over recent years and now it is time to improve customers connections, ensuring we deliver a high quality response to all our client needs."
Based at Templeborough, SteelPhalt has been developing and manufacturing high performance asphalt products for the UK road making industry since the 1960's. It specialises in the conversion of steel slag into a surface course for road making.
SteelPhalt surfaces, which are used across the region, have a high skid resistance and are also a key tool in increasing road safety in busy areas like the roads around schools and other high traffic volume sites.
Part of the Harsco Metals Group, SteelPhalt's steel slag products extends the life of roads and lengthens road maintenance intervals for resurfacing.
