News: Success Flowed for Rotherham IT start-up

Technology whiz-kid Andrew Parton, has won the Best Business Using IT/Technology category at the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards 2008 for his company Flowed Ltd. The 29-year-old has run his digital solutions business from RiDO’s Moorgate Crofts Business Centre since the beginning of the year and has seen a healthy growth in his corporate and public sector client portfolio. Andrew, a graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, said: "This award is a rubber stamp for my company. It shows that other people think we’re doing a good job - and that we’re going in the right direction. It’s something to tell my clients about as well." Andrew provides digital solutions, consultancy and project management for companies including brand makeovers and website design as well as marketing, e-learning and CD-roms. He also talks to students about digital solutions after being appointed as an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE).
