EMSc (UK) Ltd, one of the UK's leading energy saving solutions providers and manufacturer of the revolutionary Powerstar voltage optimisation system, recently welcomed representatives from its newest international distributor, the Madrid-based Jupiter Energia SL, to its premises in Rotherham.

Project manager Anna Orenga and Energy Manager Ana Atanes visited the Templeborough head office for five days in March, during which they were given comprehensive training on Powerstar and its applications.

The Powerstar voltage optimisation system is the only voltage optimisation system wholly designed and manufactured in the UK and works by reducing the the voltage supplied by the National Grid. It generally achieves average savings of 12-15%, improves the life expectancy of electrical equipment, and enhances power quality by reducing harmonics.

Paul North, international business development manager at EMSc (UK) Ltd, said: "We offer all our international distributors the same dedicated training. This arms them with valuable knowledge and skills and gives them confidence in the industry and in Powerstar. This latest session proved to be very successful, and we were impressed by the dedication and commitment shown by the team from Jupiter Energia SL."

The Powerstar system is currently exported to more than 15 countries, including Australia, Cyprus, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bahrain and Malta. EMSc (UK) Ltd plans to continue its global focus in order to maximize on opportunities available around the world.

Mr North, added: "Powerstar continues to be well received in many countries, and it is incredible to see how its global market share is expanding. This growth would not have been possible without the outstanding relationships we have developed with our network of distributors, who deliver valuable support and service to our customers around the globe."
