News: Infrastructure works continue at the AMP

By

Earlier in the year the Lincolnshire-based civil engineering firm, UCS Civils negotiated a £500,000 extension to a £1.5 million infrastructure contract for the second phase of the Advanced Manufacturing Park at Rotherham. Yorkshire Forward awarded a 19-week extension to UCS Civils’ original contract to incorporate phase three of the 51-acre site which will see the installation of a new drainage system. UK Coal are applying to ammend the conditions relating to Waverley due to continuing work on the site and the imminent planning applications for developments adjacent to the AMP, applying for the trigger to be 23,225 sq m of buildings to be occupied before all highway works are implemented, up from the current 10,000 sq m trigger.
